Ease of using website

Contacted Moda Furnishings today reference an issue with my patio table which I have had for a few years making a claim under their guarantee. Proof of the issue was provided by photographs. Within an hour I had a reply back confirming the table was covered by their 7 year guarantee and they would replace when back in stock in a few weeks. Great to deal with a company that has excellent customer service. Pleasure to give a 5* review.

Visited Moda furnishings clearance warehouse today and received not only a cracking deal on a bistro set but the care and attention shown by both Pip and Gary was out of the top draw . Thank you

I have bought a number of items of the rattan furniture from Moda furnishings over the years and it looks great. One of my storage boxes just started to look really tatty, and I took photos and sent them to Moda, who immediately explained that it was still under the 7 year warranty and they would collect the old one and deliver me a new one. This is amazing service as I must have been approaching the 7 years, but there was no quibble just an instant offer to replace. Their staff are knowledgable and actually understand their product range so phone calls are always helpful, like a old fashioned good service. I really recommend this company.

Easy to view options to help decide on my purchase. Got a platinum delivery also for free which is great. Now let’s see if it comes in the time specified and is the quality I am expecting.

Customer service excellent - cannot fault. Lisa (& Louise) helped me out with an issue I had after my dog destroyed part of my lovely sofa, which I purchased nearly 3 years ago. She knew exactly what I needed and sorted it. Would definately purchase from Moda again as great product backed up by great customer service (which is quite unusual these days)

I can't fault Moda furnishing. I've purchased from them for years and they are always very prompt with my enquiries and very helpful. I recommend them to anyone I can and my neighbours have recently purchased a number of items and also highly recommend them.

Have just purchased online an 8 seat oval Rattan dining set. The purchasing experience was very good - excellent photos and the purchase process was seamless. Response by email was instant and so they have met all my expectations. Will await delivery for review on that phase and quality of items.

I bought a fantastic, high quality 4 seat dining table in spring 2022 from Moda after enjoying my friend's Moda furniture and with her recommendation. I was delighted with my purchase.When winter came I thought I would complete the set and protect the furniture by purchasing the £185 Moda cover that was designed for my seating. I realised it was too big but I trusted Moda that it would be okay as it felt good quality. Unfortunately, all winter it has blow off, there are not enough ties, the ties that are there have come off in the wind, I am really disappointed. NB I have put the chairs in a sheltered spot out of the wind and it still comes off. I contacted customer service and as I am outwith my 30 days I can not have a refund so I can get something else. I would really like a product that does the job and keeps my lovely products protected.
Update 07/02/23 Since my review Lia from Customer Service has gone above and beyond to help and advise me. Unfortunately the cover is still too big for the set I have but they have let the design team know and Lia is sending me another cover as some of the ties had come off in the wind. 10 out of 10 customer service, but the cover does not live up to the other products I have from Moda.

Delivered quickly by 2 helpful guys, who checked everything was there before they left.
I had a call a few days after to check everything was ok with the furniture and to stress that we should call if there was any problem in future.

This is a nice touch as you can spend thousands with some people and you never get any follow up.

Keep up the good customer service.

From order to delivery the communication was very good. The only reason I didn't score a 5 is that on delivery day we recieved an early message (about 07:30) saying the delivery would be within the hour and it took well over 2.5 hours

Good customer service at point of sale in store however the quality of goods delivered were not to guaranteed specifications.
100% waterproof fabric to sofa and chairs was unfortunately anything but. Onsite team agreed flaws in design and head office stated they were looking into a solution with the design and supply team in Vietnam. The sofa and chairs were holding rainwater and this was washing out the white powder fire retardant...Moda confirmed this.
Many emails and calls later all my outdoor furniture at RRP of £16,000 was returned and I was left with no outdoor furniture.
A very disappointing experience.
